Back & Forth progress bars are messing my brain can't I revert to the old.?

Hi, new to this Monterey, and some things are driving me mad, like the progress bars when downloading files, when they start moving back & Forth.. really messing with me. hate it. especially when I download a few YouTube instructional videos, and they get this swinging motion. almost gave me BPPV vertigo.

is there anyway to revert it back to the old one way only or the old blue diagonal stripes progress bars.?

is there an app that could revert such visual display to the old ways.?

Hello,

I don't know of any way to change that behavior. Best thing may be to minimize the download window by clicking the yellow button in the upper right or hiding it behind another window while things download.
