Automator task...

I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this issue.

Every month I have to create 100 Business Cards + and email them as individual pdf files one at a time to 1 email address.

At present I am sending each individual pdf file 1 email at a time...

Is there a way using Automator where I can send multiple emails with each individual pdf attached and use the pdf name as the subject as well.
i.e.
Email 1 - Joe Bloggs1.pdf
Email 2 - Peter Pan.pdf
Email 3 - Superman.pdf
Email 4 - Spiderman.pdf
Email 5 - The Hulk.pdf
etc. etc.

That is beyond my experience with AppleScript/Automator. Maybe the folks over at MacScripter could help out.
