Automator Scripting Help

I'm looking to create a workflow that literally takes two quicktime files both of the same length and replace the audio from File B and replace File A's Audio track with it. I'm having a lot of trouble but I am not much of a programmer.

Help please?!?

I can see any Workflows that come close to doing what you want, and I'm not seeing anything in AppleScript either.
