Automatically Copying files?

Hi....

I know nothing about automated, but is it possible to program it to monitor a folder and when a new file appears to copy it to another folder? I have an app that continually replaces the same file every 20 minutes (a photo). Every time the app overwrites the same file in a folder, I would like to have it copied to another folder.

Is that possible?
