August 2020 I recieved my iPad Pro and Magic keyboard. When setting up I made 3 errors typing the password to my seldom used Apple ID for App Store.
As a result they locked the ID for 2 weeks...They said!!!...They did not unlock it as promised. After contact they gave it ANOTHER 2 weeks ''jailtime'' and same thing again. No unlocking.
Is this an Apple way to improve customer relations or just to demonstrate muscles??.I was on the brink to take all my Apple gear to the junk yard.
