Any way to stop my iWatch turing on when it comes near my ipad .

Hi, I normally take of myiWatch 8 when i am working at my hobby farm, and used to put it in my ipad bag. but the dam magnets in the ipad hard case, wake up my iwatch, and whenever i realy need it, it is flat. liek red circle ded flat.
