Airport Bases Flashes Constant Yellow BUT Works

I just installed my Airport Base using my HP PC. The wireless internet works now with both the PC and my MacBook Pro. But I am not getting a solid green light on the base. It constantly sits there flashing the amber yellow. I would ignore it, expect it is irritating and obviously something isn't right! Help!

This normally means theres an update waiting.
Check the Airport Utility in your Utilities Folder.
