Can you guys tell me how to get rid of this start up screen in Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe CC 2018)?

Hello.

You should be able to uncheck Photoshop CC > Preferences > General... > Show "Start" Workspace When No Documents Are Open.

The other Adobe apps should have something similar.
