Add Security Key notification won't go away

This notification keeps popping up and every time I dismiss it, it comes back the next time I unlock my phone. I can’t click the notification and there's no option in the settings app. What’s going on?

Have you tried restarting your phone or checking for any system updates? Sometimes a simple reboot can fix things. If that doesn’t help, maybe try clearing the cache of the settings app.
